傳動(dòng)部件企業(yè)呼吁良性競(jìng)爭(zhēng) 致力開(kāi)發(fā)新產(chǎn)品
The brake group meeting of the transmission parts special committee of China Heavy Machinery Industry Association was recently held in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. Vice chairman unit of transmission parts special committee and leader unit of brake group, including Jiaozuo brake Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Huawu brake Co., Ltd., Shenyang lifting appliance factory and other enterprises attended the meeting.
The delegates at the meeting pointed out that the current brake industry is affected by the depression of steel, crane, port, coal and other industries, the contract is greatly reduced, the payment collection is very difficult, the product backlog is serious, the vast majority of enterprises reduce production or semi stop production, and some enterprises even stop production and close down.
Reviewing the development process of the brake industry in recent years, it is not difficult to see that the main problems are product homogenization, few high-end products, disorderly competition and vicious price reduction. When the market is good, everyone rushes forward and presses down on each other's prices. Although there are tasks to do, because the price is too low, the profit is thin, and the enterprise has little accumulation, it is unable to develop; When the market is bad, due to the homogenization of products, there are more and less products, especially small and medium-sized enterprises with low product grade and poor development ability can only stop production or semi stop production.
In view of these problems, we have reached the following consensus: first, we should make efforts to segment the market and develop new products. Leading enterprises should strive to develop high-end products and compete with foreign strong players for the market. Small and medium-sized enterprises should strive to develop characteristic products, gradually find their own position in the process of market segmentation, and avoid vicious price competition under product homogenization. For new products that have a market and cannot be developed by themselves at the moment, small and medium-sized enterprises can coordinate the joint development of large enterprises or universities and scientific research institutes in the industry through the special committee. Second, advocate fair competition in product prices to create conditions for the healthy development of the industry. Third, strengthen the management and service support of the industry.
